Rules for using the platform

KGM Technologies SAS ("KGM", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted workflow platform for legal and other knowledge-intensive professionals, accessible at app.kgm-technologies.com. The platform lets users upload documents, analyse contracts, chat with an AI assistant, and use specialised automation agents.

The platform is currently in Early Access. This means:

• Features are shipped progressively; some modules are incomplete or subject to change without prior notice.
• Founding cohort members have their pricing locked at the rate agreed at sign-up for the duration of their subscription.
• We may pause or discontinue specific features during this phase. We will give reasonable notice by email where feasible.

Access to the platform is currently invite-only. By accepting an invitation you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are acting on behalf of yourself or a duly authorised professional entity.
• The information you provide during onboarding is accurate and complete.

KGM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if these conditions are not met or if these Terms are violated.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your professional credentials.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to extract platform content except through officially provided APIs.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the platform without our written consent.

The AI assistant may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI output before relying on it for professional, business, or personal decisions. KGM disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

You and your organisation retain full ownership of:

• All documents and files you upload to the platform.
• All outputs generated by the AI assistant in response to your inputs.
• All conversation history and notes you create.

By using the platform, you grant KGM a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

During Early Access, the platform is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability level. Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice, though we will try to communicate them in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• KGM's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is capped at the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• KGM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform.
